Our mission is to raise £40,000 by the 22nd February which will be devoted to training medical professionals around the world about the diagnosis and treatment of encephalitis.

When it comes to medical training, we often hear that encephalitis is the poor relation compared to other neurological conditions, meaning doctors and nurses have less capability to recognise the signs and symptoms.

This can lead to delayed diagnosis, resulting in worse outcomes and even death for patients.
